22 inch Sutorbilt Blower Rebuild and Test for St. Bernard Soap Plant

When the St. Bernard Soap plant experienced an unusual failure with their Gardner Denver Sutorbilt 6000 Series unit, they called in INOHVA for the blower analysis and repair.   In this video, Jim Fisher, INOHVA Technical Service Specialist, reviews what was discovered from the failure and shows the testing of the fully rebuilt unit.

 

“It was great working with Brian and Jim.  Jim came over, took the blower out for us and is going to be doing the installation.  It was a complete rebuild.  Communicated throughout the whole process,” said Pat Capella, former Maintenance Manager for the St. Bernard Soap plant in Cincinatti.  INOHVA invited Capella back to their repair shop in Noblesville, IN to witness the test.  Capella remarked, “Looks like this is going to be a really good project for the plant.”
